Lots of questions! Gray means the coach has signed up, orange means the coach put it on the schedule, but has not signed up. There is no payment indicator.

The deadline still a few weeks away, so there is still time.

As far as which race... again you sign up for the day, and then we will seed you into the proper race based on the size and strength of your school. We will announce some of the seedings soon. Friday is obvious 1A-2A=Small, 3A-4A=Large. Saturday is based on strength best in the ROC, second tired in the Invite, everyone else in the Open.

Jason- Since there are so many different races Saturday morning - how do I go about selecting what I want my girls to run? I'd like my Park Vista Girls (Varstiy) entered in the Saturday morning 8:15am Invitational Race and my JV Girls would run the JV Race at 10:20. Thanks.

Wow... lots of questions! Email is better!

@jillerun - You choose the day, I seed the race most appropriate.
@LFCSumner3 - One is Friday and one is Saturday. That's it. Saturday (white) is usually a stronger race.
@SJSTU - As long as I have it a week before the race you're good.
@CherokeeChief - Cool... I'll wait to hear from TSSAA.

Jason, we (McMinn County High School) are coming to the race and we're excited. Our state association (Tennessee) says they need to be notified of sanctioning. If you can pm me or e-mail at smitht28@k12tn.net I would appreciate it. We're trying to get approval through our school board for the trip and whatnot. Thanks.

@aryskampconn - You can only enter one varsity team per gender. JV is free with varsity. So your entry fee would only be $100.

We are entering the Girls ROC, Girls and Boys Invitation 5k and JV Girls and Boys White. Do I have it correct that the entry is $200?
jason wrote
at July 07, 2009 17:11 EDT
Glad to have everyone back for year 10! Answering questions...
- You request the day, we seed the races based on strength of team (or size of school if you go Friday)
- All races are 5K except middle school 2 mile
- ROC is the elite, Invite is second-tier elite, Open is the rest
